Practice Manager Keisha Sirgiovanni
Our Practice Manager, Keisha Sirgiovanni has over 10 years experience within administration and customer service roles across a wide range of industries.
She enjoys helping and communicating with patients when they come for their appointment and is passionate about all things related to health and wellbeing.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking, reading and going to the beach.
Receptionist Sandra Wytwornik
Our Receptionist, Sandra Wytwornik has worked in Medical practices for the last 18 years.
She has worked for General Practitioners in Camberwell and St Kilda Road Melbourne.
Prior to working as a Medical Receptionist she worked as a Kindergarten teacher for ten years.
Sandra enjoys working at the front desk she likes to communicate with people; understanding, listening and helping in any way she can.
Receptionist Morgan Klooger
Our Receptionist Morgan Klooger is a driven, enthusiastic student, currently completing her last year in Occupational Therapy at Monash University. With a passion for work and ongoing education, Morgan has an interest in pursuing her career in Hand Therapy.
Morgan enjoys working as a receptionist as she loves to interact and communicate with all the patients that walk in. Morgan says she has and continues to gain skills from the team at Ross B Smith & Associates that she will carry with her to future work practices.
Receptionist Jeremy Tusia
Our Receptionist Jeremy Tusia is an aspiring Physiotherapist, currently in his second year of studying a Bachelor of Applied Science/Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University.
He loves working for Ross B Smith & Associates as he “is able to gain invaluable knowledge and experience working in a clinical setting, which he can then apply to his own physiotherapy career in future”.
Jeremy says he has learnt so much from the team of Physiotherapists at Caulfield Physiotherapy and looks forward to learning more.
Receptionist Annie Chu
Our Receptionist Annie Chu is a final year Doctor of Physiotherapy student at the University of Melbourne.
As a receptionist, she enjoys interacting with a range of clients from all walks of life and making them feel welcome in the clinic.
Annie has completed a private practice placement at Ross B. Smith & Associates as part of her university studies and has learnt a wealth of knowledge from the Physiotherapists. She has seen the large impact that musculoskeletal physiotherapy can have on improving one’s quality of life and is looking forward to entering the profession.
Annie is also able to speak fluent Mandarin and Shanghainese.
